I saw it too. His accent didn't bother me. Then again, it's not the Doyle version of Holmes, it's their own interpretation, so I guess he can talk however they like.

It had nothing to do with her being a whore. Whore is just the word I chose to describe this non-lady. The funniest part of the whole thing is the bitches (male) with whom she was at the bar. They all stood there, jaws dropped, until the cops showed up. Then they all started bowing up to the guy from across the street while the guy is being restrained. That's some real chivalry, boys.

And the guy was a total douche. I'm not condoning his actions at all. However, that's what happens when trash procreates and congregates. The girl should have shut her mouth and talked to the bartender, not him. She chose to get in his face and escalate the shit. Yes, he was a dick, but she was also responsible.

I couldn't sit through Mirrormask, but that's probably because I'm pretty picky when it comes to Neil Gaiman stuff.

I've heard good things about Ink, I'll have to check that out.

And I don't really dig on Stephen Chow movies.

CJ-7 is very different than his other popular ones (Kung-Fu Hustle and Shaolin Soccer). It's much more dramatic and less slapstick.

So anyway, I've been watching Dead Like Me. It's not bad, but I don't like how they keep running with her family. She's dead, they have multiple episodes where she seemingly moves on but yet, we still get to watch her family fall apart. I guess having that depressing subplot makes the comedy that much sweeter.

So anyway, I've been watching Dead Like Me. It's not bad, but I don't like how they keep running with her family. She's dead, they have multiple episodes where she seemingly moves on but yet, we still get to watch her family fall apart. I guess having that depressing subplot makes the comedy that much sweeter.

I just have one thing to tell you: DO NOT WATCH THE MOVIE.

Seriously, they cast some other chick as Daisy (not sure if you've met Daisy yet). I really wish they could have kept the show going, but to no avail. It was great while it lasted.
