As far as I know, the current administration has not outlawed dreams. Of course, there are traitorous, anti-American dreams (i.e., anti-war, clean environment, health care), but none are outlawed as of yet.
Of course, Cheney and Rove are--as I type this--working with AT&T to figure out a way to wiretap them. The Democrats have already approved this. Though they were troubled by it all the same.
