Oh! Sorry about the confusion. Yes, this documentary won some awards, I think. And it was--of all places--Barnes and Noble who decided to get the book back in print.

I saw hellboy last night with some free movie passes, it was pretty good, then we snuck into hancock and that was a giant piece of shit.

Millions is such a sweet movie. That last scene gets me every time.


Just saw "Tell No One." Quite a story and a perfect mystery/thriller. Recommended for anyone who's willing to get mindfucked and entertained at the same time.

Finally saw Batman Begins. Not sure where the "no killing" code started (is it the "I'm not an executioner" scene?). I thought Katie Holmes' acting was fine (not sure why she's so harshly criticized), but damn, her character? What a tiresome, judgmental, holier-than-thou bitch! Jesus! Even my husband, who wasn't really watching the movie, yelled from the back of the house: "He can't win with her, can he?" Thank god Bruce didn't stay with her. She was written more sympathetically in The Dark Knight, but I'm no longer sorry she's dead.

And, Ars, I understand a lot more now, having seen how Bruce's parents died. Damn, that was heartbreaking, and that little boy actor almost made me cry.

OK, he did make me cry.

I saw Wanted last week. It was very exciting, and I was immediately interested, but this movie has a lot of plot holes, and it's kind of a Matrix hack. Enjoyable though.

Saw Pineapple Express today. I really enjoyed it. Laughed quite a bit, had some fun action-esque scenes and was pretty much the perfect length...
