I am not a big fan of Obama by any means, he frustrates me more than Bush because you know where Bush stood on issues, Obama, not so much.
I included him in the 9/11 failure because it is absurd to try to blame Bush for that, just like it is absurd to blame Obama for it. Sorry, that was about 40 years of failed foreign policy and he had only been in office for 8 months when the attacks happened. I would say that it is far more reasonable to blame Clinton, given that we know he red-lit an attack on Bin Laden's known location.

As for the national debt. Hmmm.

    2001: ~5.8 Bush starts
    2008: ~10 Bush Ends
    2010: ~13.8 latest listed

Bush increased the debt by 4.2 Trillion in 8 years
Obama increased the debt by 3.8 Trillion in 2 years

I don't blame Bush solely for 911. But the buck stops at the top, he was given warning and he failed to act on it. Clinton shares blame as well. The entire intelligence aparatus shares the blame.

Debt added during George W. Bush's eight years: $5.2 - $5.7 trillion (mixed numbers).
Debt added to-date Barack Obama: $1.8 - $2.4 trillion (mixed numbers). Includes Bush's "off the books" DEBT.
2 Wars, Medicare D = UNFUNDED = Off The Books

I am not saying Obama isn't guilty of spending too much. But a good chunk of the debt added under his presidency was there regardless of who would have ended up as president. He had the wars and Medicare part D incorporated into the debt figures. So this is money that was being spent regardless, his administration just chose to take a different approach that Bush did, Bush kept these things off the debt tally, Obama did not. The part of the debt that is Obama is mostly the stimulus and the health care bill. Both of which are sizable. The health care bill is deeply flawed but I think some action in that regard was needed. The stimulus was a response to the economic downtown that resulted from deregulation and wall street going apeshit with risk, dragging the economy into the toilet.

            Ron Paul anyone?
How many dredg fans does it take to change a lightbulb?

Seven. One to change it, five to complain that the old one was better, and one talk about Gavins weight.

Here. I support the man, but you won't see me making phone calls on his behalf or standing on street corners grabbing my junk and waving signs for him. It angers me that his most ardent supporters are truthers and uninformed people.
