Cannibal Holocaust - an ultra-violent and disturbingly realistic (special effects wise) film. I recommend it to anyone curious enough to experience it, because I will never watch that film again. Not that it was horrible, it was just sick.
2 things:
1. The 'Turtle' scene almost broke me.
2. The history behind the film is fascinating, the director pretty much physically forced the actors to do what he said regardless of their own reservations about animal killing/nudity/etc etc. Not to mention the scene involving a native being fed to piranha that was never finished because they couldn't control the piranha.
Just thought I'd watch it since I'm burning a copy for a certain particular lucky someone.
I stopped watching it about half-way into Bug Eyes though because it's a much better experience on my TV upstairs. I never watch DVDs on my computer. Plus, the volume is too low and I can't get it to go any higher. I don't have any speakers connected to my computer because I always listen with headphones. I like to have it cranked.

Wow, I posted that at 4:20 California time. Awesome.
Gaspar Noe's Enter The Void at a local film festival. Best film about Tokyo and DMT and Neon and Death, ever. No film has ever depicted the psychedelic experience better.
