I don't like running, I prefer the elliptical machine, 6 miles per day on that burns about a 1000 calories. Combine that with a strength training routine 3 days a week and proper calorie intake and you have a good diet regimen. Yes but you can't do a damn thing with a mac besides web surf, listen to music, and watch movies.
