yep..as a renter in MN at least, we receive some $ back from the state by in effect overpaying in rent..in my case at least, it's based on income too. I got $775 last week.

so yesterday, after my pedal shattered, i put on new pedals. at the time i noticed that some stickers were in my front tire, so i remove them. now, this is a mountain bike. its tires should be able to take some stickers, right? wrong. i wake up for my morning ride, and my front tire is completely flat. sooooo lame.
