Not sure if this will ever help in the treasure hunt, but check out the very beginning of Leaflet #3. In the upper left corner you can see what looks like a cat run by. Maybe tweak the monitor to see what it really is? My monitor sucks and can't change.

i think leaflets are still jumping the gun..
I think its pretty obvious.. the NUMBERS = TITLE of a TRACK from PPD which = A CITY...

not to beat a dead horse.. but.. we really need to figure out.. how the Numbers equal a track first.. Unless we can assume that Leaflet 1 is the first track.. Leaflet 2.. second track etc.. and then look for numbers in those videos that will relate to the first clue.. which might make sense..

i'm wouldnt be surprised if the leaflets played a part.
