i didn't mind him a whole lot either, for what it's worth, but i seemed to be on his good side. I spend enough time distancing myself from real world drama to get too caught up in internet drama.

For all the annoying things I did in the past to get banned, I think he deserved it, too. However, he deserved it for slightly different reasons. I was just an ass out to piss people off when I did so; he's a friendly guy that knows when he's going overboard with things he deems to be hilarious, yet he posts them anyway -- willingly. He wanted to go overboard with fun. I wanted to go overboard just to go overboard. I don't mean this the way it may sound, but he's the light version of what I was.

Having said that...

Rules exist in order to achieve balance and peace. If you start breaking your own rules... where are you going? Moderators have to pay attention to issues that affect the community they're associated with. Most of you know that, so why are you complaining? Don't get fun mixed up with the harsh facts. Being a nuisance for the sake of comedy isn't something you should strive for.

And now that I've made myself sound like a half-assed drill sergeant, I think I'm going to shut the fuck up.

EDIT: Zenjiro is another who deserved to be banned (again?). He knew what he was doing, but he did it anyway. As often as he was trying to use me as example for his behavior lately, I can't help but laugh. I'm not that way anymore, Zen. Sorry. Good luck with your new, personal regime once you get out.

i think overall he flooded this place with some serious irrelevant posts. The board was full of alot of empty topics... and he was sort of a creep.

DSV was knowingly and purposely driving off members from the board, basically harrasing them.

I've always enjoyed the lax moderating policy of this place, but I'm surprised he wasn't banned earlier

I mean this in the most affectionate way possible: You guys are pussies.... at my old forum it was nearly impossible to get yourself banned. Even the most sociopathic sadistic trolls didn't get banned. I guess that's what I'm used to on forums... I think it's pretty ridiculous dsv and zenjiro got banned. But my last forum was a pretty crazy place.

eh, as far as I remember, only 3 people have been banned in 6 years (one of them twice and not counting spambots). I think this place is doing pretty ok as far as lax moderation goes

I think that the basic make-up of the board are chill people, by the nature of being dredg fans. So, even though some of us can be real assholes at times, we can mostly agree to disagree and get over it. Those two just can't let shit go.

^ By the time I got banned, I had already let go of my war with Zenjiro. You might've thought that me ignoring Zenjiro would've been "taking the high road" so to speak, but by the time I got banned, I had already started to take an even HIGHER road by communicating with him and trying to moderate our rift with each other as the adult I was slowly getting back to be, while still being a nice kid at heart at the same time. Maybe that didn't translate too well over the internet. Or maybe people just weren't caring anymore...and I can understand that. That being said, it's over now. All I really needed was a one or two-week ban.

Funny how you start posting a lot more AFTER I get banned. If you had done that sooner, it surely would've significantly cut down on my post count.
PS: I seriously didn't know you were seriously Ooga, until AFTER I got banned. It didn't seem like you at first, so that's why I thought it was just some strong-headed outcast like yourself, trying to be you. It wasn't until after I got banned that your sense of humor started showing up.

Believe it or not, it was the OPPOSITE of that. I was trying to get you people to open up and post more. Must we all be without feelings? I love you guys, but when I feel the deadness of this place, it gets to me. Drives me insane.
And my attack on you, Knifeboy, was simply caused by your attack on me. It might sound childish, but...you started it. Unless you disagree? I'll admit I was pretty insane at the time. What was going on inside my head was the most hardcore shit I've ever gone through. I could've gotten physically violent but I chose to fight through it with writing and posting on this board instead. Like I said, it's done now.

"Worthless crap" is your opinion. I could easily say the same about your stuff. It's boring and your level of humor is sub-par in my opinion. The only reason I laugh sometimes is because of how good I'm feeling to begin with. I used to love you, now I just like you a little. Like that really matters anyway, right? HA!
PS: I never thought I'd attack you the way I did (shortly before I got banned), but would it have happened if it weren't for the way Zenjiro drove me insane on this board back in 2006 or 7 or whatever? Well, I guess I was being an internet troll (just now looked up the technical definition on Wikipedia), but I honestly see myself as the opposite of a troll...ignoring the obvious that could easily make me look good and cool, but I've been there and done that.
