    Re: 12 lbs.

Remember Erik? That dude's been working hard and has lost so much weight. He posted a picture on le faciddybook in a pair of old jeans. Good work!

Otherwise, I have tape worm doing wonders!

      Re: 12 lbs.

I've mentioned it before, but I've been working for about 8 months on getting back into shape. The last I checked, my weight was down to 172 pounds, from a high of 230. I'm a smidgen over 6 feet tall, so I think I'm at about my idea weight. Lately I've been doing more to tone up. I really want to see my rock-hard tasty abs, washaboard style.

I had actually started taking daily pictures to document my progress, but then I realized it was kind of creepy and narcissistic. No one should keep half-naked pictures of themselves. The thong pictures are totally acceptable, though. I was fat then.

I never gained weight for years, until I turned about 31 or 32, I noticed my waist size being a fair amount larger than I used to. Eventually, metabolism catches up with you.

                    Re: 12 lbs.

I was doing well for a while and then I hit a rough patch and got distracted. I need to get back into getting fit, though. Pants are starting to get a bit tight. Damn Thanksgiving.

                        Re: 12 lbs.

I'm 5'11" and hovering around 285lbs. No one believes me when I say that's what I weigh, though. I have a friend who is about an inch taller and weighs less than me but he looks HUGE.

Once my wife and I renew our membership at the gym, I'll be going six days a week like I used to. I'm not worried about losing weight so much as getting back down to a 36" waist for jeans. 42" is just too damn big.
