that's awesome. I've seen some pretty cool videos on youtube of younger musicians playing along to Dream Theater and other prog.

he has some other impressive videos there: Muse, System of a Down, The Police..and someone on mike portnoy's forum said they saw a video of him playing along to a Rush tune.

maybe it's only a matter of time before he plays along to dredg as well.

Based on his ability that young, this kid Jonah may be one awesome drummer when he's older.

I was thinking the same thing. I don't see how this kid doesn't get into a semi-successful band at an early age and get screwed up with drugs...

...I hope that doesn't happen because the kid has crazy talent for his age. But I sort of don't see how it's not going to happen...

I hope he becomes totally selfindulgent and overpretentious.

Don't settle for teenybopper metal like other talented young drummers I've seen taken that road.
