Yes, but there are some of us already paying 33%. Then there are others paying 25% and getting insurance for free through work. Try convincing them that they should now pay 8% more in taxes to get what they already have.
Is it free from your company though? I wonder if they didn't have to pay for insurance if they would pass that money on to the employee. Probably not.

Well, my insurance isn't "free". It's subsidized by the company a bit, but I still pay. But knowing corporations, if they didn't have to offer it, few would raise salaries.
Wait. Some of you already pay 33% and others pay 25? What kind of bullshit is that? And you still don't have health care. WTF, oh yeah, the gov't spent it on their new fancy guns.
