Ipod Videos?

I'm looking for a place to download mp4's or any other video format for my ipod. I'd rather not get a converter just because I'm at work and I'd rather not go through all the trouble. I was just curious if anybody uses a specific site to get ipod videos?

Meh, I feel dumb for how my question was formatted....fuck it.
