Ashes Divide: Billy Howerdel [APC]

ASHES dIVIDE, the new group headed by A Perfect Circle mastermind Billy Howerdel, have posted 'their' first single "The Stone" online http://myspace.com/ashesdivide

The track will impact at radio on January 22nd. ASHES dIVIDE's debut album "Keep Telling Myself It's All Right" will see a March release date through Island.

I kind of like it, his voice is pretty cool, just depends on how it pans out for the rest of the album.

Definitely a fan of The Stone.

I like the straight to the point rock that he's doing. And I as really suprised by his voice. I didn't really anticipate it being clean.

This is what I expected of Howerdel. Keenan restrained him a lot, so he's probably ready to get heavy on this album as opposed to APC. Can't wait to hear it.

Howerdel and his Cure-inspired music will finally come alive.

I just hope he's able to withstand the inevitable negative reactions.

The music is pretty good.. HIs voice lacks impact though. It's very forgettable
