As most of you know, Zenjiro was banned this past week for several reasons. Primarily, it was his inability to avoid fighting with others and his incessant desire to derail thread topics. Since then, he has emailed me arguing his case and basically telling me that he is being treated unfairly. I'm not going to post his email, since he won't have the chance to respond to anyone else's responses here, but I decided I would pursue it this way.
The bottom line here is that we don't have any clear cut rules as to when people are banned, unless it's obvious that they're a bot or an asshole intent on ruining the boards. I do feel bad turning away anyone who shares of a love of the music that joins us here, but this is also a community and as such it's survival depends on our stewardship of it's members. So if you could all vote your opinion here it would help us out a lot in determining what is and isn't appropriate.
So if you think Zenjiro should be unbanned, please vote "Yes" and make your case why. If you believe he should stay banned, please vote "No" and state your opinion. What do you think should be the standard here?
