anyway, it will be a beautiful tour: an aural orgy. i hope all those who are close enough will be wise enough to go and check out the show. and wise enough to get there for all the bands playing. the supporting acts are also very talented: eluvium has some beautiful music.

Yes, but as he pointed out, most of the bands that "just tour the west coast" are from the west coast. It's no different than Maylene And The Sons of Disaster, He Is Legend or Classic Case mostly playing the South.

you forgot to mention that the south also gets toby keith. the south is willing to trade toby keith for dredg. deal?

oh and the south is willing to throw in that racist bastard david allen coe to sweeten the deal a little.

I'm only touchy about it because every time dredg tours, someone always whines and complains like we get all the cool perks with dredg... however, anytime they tour the rest of the US, you get a perk California does not... you get to hang out with the band. We rarely get that... mainly because their homes are so close and at the end of a tour, which by the way, we ALWAYS have to wait until the end of a tour to see them, they're too tired to be out drinking or partying or even just hang out.

                        So seriously, eat me.

Ok, but that's just ONE band...

...Try living in the middle of MISSOURI!!! I have to drive a minimum of 3hrs to see any show. And sometimes I don't even get that option.
