I distinctly remember listening to it on my headphones in 9th grade, right around the time I was indulging on Coal Chamber and Korn, and feeling like Sam after he leaves the Shire. I felt like there was a whole new world of music I was missing out on and needed to explore it more.

Thank you so much! I've really enjoyed this, especially On and everything from Come to Daddy. I reeeaaally didn't care for Afx237 V7. At all. Deleted it from the collection. :-) But everything else has been fantastic so far. I'm on Girl/Boy right now, and I've still got Windowlicker and SAW to go.

What is this rapid, drumming I'm hearing? Is this a drum machine? Kinda reminds me of Woven.



I'm not a hip hop fan, so I didn't download it.

I'm glad people are enjoying this. He's really an extraordinary musician when it comes to electronic music. Afx237 V7 and most of the Drukgs album is pretty 'out-there' so it's no surprise that people would be turned off by that track. I love the jazz aspect of that track (and most of the album) and how chaotic it gets; the video is pretty fucked up too. The Come To Daddy EP is quite possibly my favorite EP of all time. As for being reminded of Woven; Burkes has a huge Aphex Twin sticker on his guitar

The hip-hop mix is more or so for people that are curious about hip-hop and don't know where to begin. But hey, if it's not your cup of tea, who am I to argue?

those tracks are DEFINITELY worth the download alone. Even though i have pretty much have all the songs on that mix, i wanna hear those improv songs.

it's probably not as hip hop as you're thinking, so don't be scared...

i have been trying to get it, but it keeps saying site is at full capacity.
