Thanks for the tip, but VLC player does nothing. It's an M4V file. Never heard of it. Oh well.....reviews don't seem to indicate that I am missing anything. I guess I'll consider it a $5 donation towards studio time for the next release.

The latest VLC version plays it just fine. What VLC version and OS are you using?

yeah, VLC definitely works with it here. Maybe update your codecs or sth?

M4V is an Apple file designed for Itunes.

I played the file in Quicktime after downloading an updated codec pack.
