The problem is that you just don't like their style of music. There are good punk bands. Lots of them. It's just not your type of music.

youre right, but i do like some punk bands. sort of haha i have a hard time liking punk. i like everything to a degree, but punk is a hard bullet to bite.

im glad waterbourne made the cut for studio work though. that song is killer

most punk bands sound and are, shit. 9/10ths of them, that is. they record together live because theyre sound is probably the worst next to screaming death metal. ever do sound for those bands live? you might as well just walk away from the board.

You obviously know nothing about live mixing. I've been to countless metal/death metal shows and you can tell if the guy knows what he's doing or not. Prime Example: Slipknot. If you can make 9 guys sound great live, ANY band can sound great live, its all in the board/gear. (This is not an opportunity to bash Slipknot because that would just be senseless and I'm just using the band as an example...but bash away if one feels so inclined to do so.)

one question. where in the world did you come from? lol never seen you on the board. you're right, to a degree. most bands i've dealt with arent very great anyway, but we'll do sound check, then they'll change their settings mid-show and turn their shit to the max without warning. there's a bunch fo bad punk bands around here in and around pittsburgh. A LOT. it's hard to try and like them.

as for the new leaflet. whatever gavin and drew are singing and playing together, sounds GREAT. i cant wait to hear what comes of that or if it was just them fucking around.
