what does this picture signify?
i don't know about you, but i'm really not used to seeing the members of dredg so close. obviously, they've known each other for years and have developed a unique bond, but they are all just so different and always seem to be doing their own thing. doesn't really mean anything.
but really, this is a great picture. not only is a good technical photograph, but it's one that should go into the dredg annals. it looks to be moments before arguably their biggest show to date. after nearly a decade and a half, here they are...ready for whatever. i can just imagine what the conversation is inside that huddle, and it pumps me up. this is either where they take off and bask in some much deserved commercial success, or its where they officially carve their niche as another one of those obscure bands that influences a whole generation of musicians, and still goes relatively unknown.
