Another random observation. I counted how many of each number there was in the entire number.
There are:
16 - 0's
15 - 1's
3 - 2's
7 - 3's
1 - 4
6 - 5's
2 - 6's
2 - 7's
2 - 8's
2 - 9's
...so there are 31 0's and 1's while only 25 other numbers. If the "?" is a 0 or 1 there would be 32 0's and 1's making a binary number completely possible. Could all of the numbers besides the 0's and 1's be placed in there randomly to add confusion?
