This is kinda late but whatever.

Second time seeing them at the Culture Room. Could not make it last time they were here and I'm sure they must've played more songs back then. The opening band was pretty solid (zech marquise). I'm a huge fan of Pelican so I didn't mind the lack of a singer. Plus, their songs fucking rocked. Dredg came out and opened up with what is now one of my favorite songs, Pariah. The crowd seemed very into it and I noticed it was more crowded than the last time (I'm sure RX bandits helped). Two guys behind me were yelling for "Sorry but its over" and "whoa is me", which I actually wanted to hear aswell lol, but w/e. Dino is a fucking maniac on the drums and mark looks like someone out of middle earth with that long hair/beard look. One last note which really disgusted me. While they were finishing up a song (can't remember if it was canyon) Gavin had his eyes closed and was really into it, and some girl decided to fucking grab his bottle of water....drink half of it and put it back on his table without him even noticing. I thought it was pretty disrespectful on her part. I didn't stick around for rx bandits (I'm sure they were great) oh and I picked up The pariah vinyl and a hoodie. Anyways onto the somewhat-in-order setlist:

that chick just randomly getting gavins water bottle took away the respect for the artists performance. thats kinda like if i RANDOMLY followed that girl and ate anything she orders before she can take a bite.
