here's something i threw together:




and the icon files:




those are just the forum icons (for the index).. after work tonight i'll see what i can come up with as far as thread icons, and clean up the edges (i can see a few white pixels) on the ones above.

They're not bad, but honestly I think it would be much nicer with the original "Leitmotif" symbol... black symbol on white background for the default "no new posts" icon... black symbol on green (CWA) background for the "new posts" and then the black on white for the locked icon too.

Just my 14 cents.

Just email them to me whenever your done. I don't have any graphics abilities, so I avoid it like the plague. I'm pretty good at programming, but that graphic stuff is Spanish to me.

there's three different sections.  why not use the three different logos?

leitmotif logo for the top section
el cielo for the middle
and catch for the bottom?

or do they all have to be based on the same files, making it only able to use one logo type?

You could if you put an outline around it or something.

i spent many hours fiddling with outlines, and they always looked bad in the end. i went with a more "button"-y look in the end.. and they look pretty nice when it comes down to it.
