Avatars to 30kb?

That would be outstanding, I can't use my usual avatar which makes me a sad panda... or stuck in a knee deep ocean as far as I can see.  Whichever you prefer.

To add, the 'msg board' link only works on some of the pages.  Should be a quick update.
