Some might think it's sick to watch these, but it really does give you a close perspective if you weren't there.

Almost all of these videos were banned because they were deemed too sensitive at the time, but were later made available to the public thanks to the Freedom of Information Act.

I've watched some of these videos numerous times over the years and eventually found myself crying so hard as if I was really there. It is so surreal.


Not recommended for most, but maybe it is for some.

So, Animal Planet posted the following video on Facebook yesterday and I noticed it was filmed in Baton Rouge. I was curious, because that is honestly not common terrain in Baton Rouge, so I did some googling. It turns out, this was filmed at a private lake about a mile from my house. I know there is an eagle nearby, but I have never actually seen it. Either way, it's a really cool video:
