Well that was fun, just walked off my job today. Nothing like a company working your ass off for $8/hr and then threaten to fire you when you need to go to part time because you found another job that pays more money. I was willing to work with them, but after the threats, fuck them.

Yeah, I had an interview with T-Mobile two weeks ago, and when I was being called by that manager for a second interview at another store, he told me I didn't really interview well at all, but he wanted me in his store because he knows my potential. I just went to the second interview yesterday and I think it went great. I guess we'll see what happens for the final interview next week.

T-Mobile interviews people as if they are applying to be the CEO of Google though. It's ridiculous for a damn retail store.

But the $3000 monthly commission check is worth it I suppose.

Last interview I did was hard as hell. The big tech companies take their shit seriously.

But most of the time I'm the one giving the interviews. And don't worry; most people are bad at them.

As a supervisor at the House of Blues for 6 years, I definitely have done a lot of interviews with plenty of bad interviewees. I just don't understand why he said I did poorly, as I know what to look for in a good interview.

The first interview for my current job I did absolutely horrible, idk why they called me in for another one.

The second interview included an IQ test and a personality test, and we pretty much ended up agreeing that I am awesome in every way

And on personality tests... next time I take one of those on a job application perhaps I should say I have a diagnosed personality disorder and that I am disabled from it. I'm sure I'd be the last person they'd want to hire and it would completely backfire but technically they can't discriminate against disabilities! Mwahahaha

speaking of the VLC Media Player...is there any way to save the settings of the Graphic Equalizer, so that i don't have to reset them every time i open it? i can't believe how much time i've wasted searching for that option. it doesn't seem to exist.
