I'm planning on buying an all chrome 24" Cruiser BMX and slapping some 144 spoke wheels on it. Question is: Can I turn a freewheel hub into a flip-flop hub without having to fully replace the hub?

Any of you boys ever listened to the "Loud Rocks" compilation by chance? I dug this thing out of my CD collection when trying to find a replacement disc holder for my E. 1999 Eternal CD. I don't recall ever listening to it before. It looks like it either kicks ass or sucks. Probably the latter. I dunno.
