No it was perfectly legal until July 1st. Then someone got sentenced for having a lolicon series on his computer. Weird since you are still allowed to draw loli yourself if you please. It's protected by other laws.

The problem I have with it is that they've elevated it to the same level as CP, where there's a major differance that no kids are hurt.
