Well, the month kicked off with some petty things. A lot food being stolen (about £50 worth) and losing things.

My course leader had a go at me for getting work outside of uni as I couldn't afford rent in December. The work is relavant to the course and surely the course should be encouraging professional work? Oh well. I think we've fallen out.

The worst thing happened this week/weekend just gone.

Last Monday I hopped on a train to do my usual homeward journey from Brighton to Bath, after what was an awesome weekend ( our gig went down really well). My ticket was checked and was asked for my rail card - my rail card had expired on the day I was traveling. I argued, no cigar. Was fined the full fare, £36, and the fine, £20, leaving me really out of pocket and really needing that job as above.

So got the job. Renewed my railcard on Friday and travelled to London so I could meet the client on Saturday. I went out Friday evenig with friends which was awesome. The next day, met the client, picked up the cheque and left.

I got home and discovered I had lost my recently renewed railcard, Along with train tickets. Great more money.

So yeah. Shit month. Life beating me down, all all that. I'm being positive about it all, that's hard work.

I hear ya, cribs, this month was balls. I've seen the sun for maybe 20 hours altogether this month and my friends even less. I do enjoy the night shit, but at what cost? Work is stressful enough as it is... work, bed, work, bed, work, bed... I need a break...
