Kevin Moore and Jim Matheos will be releasing a new OSI album entitled "Free" on April 21st, 2006.

The album will once again have Mike Portnoy (Dream Theater) on drums and will feature Joey Vera (Fates Warning) on bass on five tracks. A special edition double CD of "Free" is scheduled for release in Europe on April 24th.

So, I went and got the physical for the job this morning. Just gotta do the background check/fingerprints and wait for my damn official transcript.

I'm also going vegan for 50 days [Assyrian Lent]. Almost a week down. It's going quite splendidly. Well, except I had a piece of fish today, though I've been told that it's okay. I'm experiencing some cognitive dissonance because of that.

i did a month trial of being a vegitarian. it was interesting cause it made me try a lot of things that i wouldn't have otherwise...i didn't have a problem sticking to the nonmeaty food choices....but after a month i was definetly like "ok....time for tacos" hence...previous post
