i know there are a few here. we are going to the show tomorrow at the masquerade. i am looking for a sports bar near the masquerade that will have espnu, so i can watch the clemson vs. bc game tomorrow before the show. anyone know of any good places?

There's not much near the Masquerade. The Varsity is down the road, and they may have the U.

There's an ESPN Zone a bit north. Google says 6 miles... Google Maps

thanks. is the masquerade near gt? gt is playing fsu at 3:30, is traffic hell before and after games around there?

why don't you consult google maps about that? normally traffic is hell near every stadium before and after game days.

The Masquerade is on the same street as the football stadium, about 2-3 miles down the road. The traffic is pretty smooth, cause the stadium isn't too big and a lot of the attendees are on campus. Also, the parking is pretty spread out.

Oh, I also forgot about the CNN Center in downtown. There's a place called Jocks N Jills that would probably have ESPN U.

the uga vs flo game is also at 3:30. so think we are going to nix that plan. it will probably be pretty hard to find the clemson vs. bc game, with those other 2 games going on. plus the varsity web site says there are up to 30,000 people there on game days, so i think we are going to avoid it. you have been really helpful though, thanks. one more question is there free parking around the masquerade. i just looked on the web site and didn't see anything about parking.
