Me neither, for the most part. I mean, a glass of wine at dinner doesn't harm a thing. But getting drunk or even tipsy will make it impossible for me to have a good workout the next morning. I exercise really early in the morning.

I take weekends off and usually make up for my abstinence during the week. :-)

i don't do it usually out of a fear of rejection. also, i'm awkward as fuck and might end up looking like an ass. and the fear of that happening is a little worse than the fear of rejection.
