Question about the artwork

Drew, I recently introduced a friend of mine to your band. I couldn't beleive she had never heard of you guys, she's very into surrealist art, Dali, etc. So when I had her listen to CWOA, she liked it, then I showed her some of the artwork from the album, she loves it. I know some is acryllic, but what other mediums do you use, and are the paintings purely inspired by the music, or is there another muse to inspire your work?

these certain paintings were directly inspired by the music...after we were done recording the album, gavin and i spent many an hour creating them...
