  • bass lines

you have had your fair share of memorable bass lines on the past 3 albums, but one new song in particular stands out more than any other. it also showcases you using a newer aspect to the band. that is, your synth. i imagine the bass line in savior being composed first and inspiring the rest of the music in the song. is that indeed how the writing process went down? i also imagine this happening for the ending to whoa is me. i'm not sure why i'm curious. it probably happens like that all the time. maybe a more general question would work better. were there any big differences in the way dredg went about writing and recording this new album? one thing i have noticed in the leaflets is a lot of guest appearances in the studio. was that planned or did it just kind of turn out that way? sorry for all the words.
