Finding music that you love is not all that easy. I probably wouldn't know about dredg to this day if it wasn't for a friend of mine on the net telling me to get off my ass and buy El Cielo that instant back in 2003. I don't know what I'd be listening to if that never happened.

What are the two songs competing judged on? If the audience votes, i'm sure popularity plays a major role in the matter. Even if they realized what a great band Dredg was they would still likely vote for the more popular band.

all the calls are screened anyway.....i could be a dj and get 50 calls for dredg and 10 for disturbed...but i could play 10 of the disturbed calls on air and 2 dredg calls and then guess who wins?
