What year was Leitmotif originally released? 1998 or 1999?

I'm asking this, mainly due to the fact someone on another forum claims it was originally released on May 30, 1998. But other than Wikipedia (which I will admit, I just went to and changed) I don't see 1998 as the year the band released it.

If someone around here who may have even bought it back then confirm what year it actually came out. Thanks

Official release was 1999.

Copyright date on the back of mine is 1998.

Copyrights can exist before the album releases.

My original copy has "Copyright 1999 - Woven Recordings" on it.

I'm also selling it on ebay at the moment if anyone's interested.

Been overhauling my music library recently and making sure all the tags are perfect... this is grating my OCD-like tendencies. There are a few other albums in my digital collection where the exact calendar date is unknown, but this is the only one where the year is actually in dispute (hard to imagine how this happens, really). There seem to be an equal number of sources in favor of both May 1998 and May 1999 across teh interwebz.

Does anyone have solid proof to settle this once and for all?
