May I ask how/why that's creepy?

It's no worse than anyone hanging around here debating things like:

How the band writes songs
What the songs mean (even if it's straightforward)
Why studio versions suck if compared to early live versions
Why studio versions suck because they sound like U2
How the upcoming album is going to blow the others away
How the upcoming album is going to blow a mans' unit illegally (redeemable in Vermont, Iowa, etc.)
All things FLAC

But I still don't see how it's creepy.

Just because they're trying to make money off of those that are actually interested in paying for what the have to offer doesn't mean they're the creepy ones. What's more creepy, as you put it, is how people may actually bid on these things. I can understand someone collecting it on their own from their experiences. What's better than a recollection or legit memorabilia? But when you buy something just because it has an ink trail that spells out the name of someone you admire it doesn't mean anything without the personal experience attached.

Don't buy these things from someone on eBay. Be patient and wait for the artists to come near your town, meet them and feel accomplished when you have something to show for your experience. Or you can travel great distances and do the same....

it's even more creepy they will be playing for free in Italy and hopefully I am wrong but I don't expect many people to be attending the show. The gig is not even promoted on the location's website, no magazine/tv/radio will tell about it.
Then we have people willing to pay 50 euros to see Gigi D'Alessio...now that's creepy!
